Hope Renews Strength

Hope placed in God will keep you strong. Consider these verses from Isaiah 40:29-31 (NIV) - "He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Another version uses the word wait instead of hope. Vitality and stamina to persevere in life's journey doesn't come from stopping to rest, but rather, from continuing to trust and hope in God. He is the source of strength. Strength and power are given by God to those who confidently hope in Him. No matter your age or condition, strength for the race will come to you as you daily put your hope in God. So if you are feeling faint, weary and exhausted today, look up in hope - strength and power are yours.
