Know The Hope...

Spiritual perception is needed in order to 'know the hope.' Hope is not something you see with your natural eyes, nor merely feel emotionally, but, it is something that you know deep within your heart or spirit. Part of Paul's prayer for believers in Ephesians 1 is that we might have the spiritual insight to know the hope to which God has called us. Ephesians 1:18 (NIV) - "I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints..." God has called us to the glorious hope that is given to His children. To be glorified with Him. Colossians 1:27 (NKJV) "To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory." Our hope stems from knowing what God has promised to do in, through, and for us; transforming us to be justified, sanctified, and glorified along with Jesus Christ! Our hope is built on nothing less than Jesus and His righteousness. What a hope we have! Know it!
